A very dry landscape and watering.

How are you working to overcome them?

Drip irrigation on a 4 zone timing system that will conserve water and more precisely deliver water to the roots of plants funded by the Seed Money campaign.

What did you or your project learn this season that might be useful to others as well?

How to use resources around us that are free such as vegetable waste, wood chips, cardboard, leaves, pallets, worn out wool carpeting, saving seeds, rescuing plants before house demolitions and sifting soil.
