What challenges did or does your project face?
Flower shedding, low community attitudes towards the project, Lack of finances to support the project and lack of improved seeds.
How are you working to overcome them?
Applying herbicides to let flowers not shed, Sensitizing community masses on the importance of pumpkins to our body and immune, seeking for financial support from well wishers and friend to support the project to reach many more communities and people who don't know the use of pumpkins in the body.
What did you or your project learn this season that might be useful to others as well?
What i learnt is that we need to voluntarily reach out communities/ people teach them on the body building foods and emphasize the masses to embrace planting these vegetables since some time people loose lives because of malnourishment not knowing that they have been lacking specific foods in their bodies which they can ably plant on their own .
