We are delighted to partner this year with the makers of Arnold, Brownberry, and Oroweat Organic Breads and 1% for the Planet to offer 11 Spring Planting Grants worth $5000 each. We received 98 applications from public food garden projects operating in the following cities: San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Washington, D.C.; Nashville, TN; Milwaukee, WI; Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; Boise, ID; Philadelphia, PA. We would like to thank all the applicants for the important work they’re doing to make healthy and sustainably-produced foods more accessible to people in their communities.
